Canature's R&D Center has two functions: One is the new product and new technologies development, another one is the chemical and physics lab. They guaranteed the quality of the finished products through raw material inspection and new product testing.
Canature's R&D Center gathered so many doctors, high-tech talents with doctor or master degrees, who has rich experience in water treatment products development and application. All Canature's key technologies and products are come from this team.
Chemical Lab and Physics Lab own the world's advanced testing equipment and technology, and right now it is a National authorized independent water quality inspection Laboratory.
Intelligent Manufacturing
1.Water Softener Workshop
Softener is the main product for Canature, after years of development, almost all of our softeners' plastic components are designed/made in house, including the control valves and pressure tanks. Through these, we have accumulated a lot of professional ODM design and production experience. In order to ensure the 100% quality of product, a series of standardized quality inspection processes are applied to production line from parts/components production to inventory of finished products. With the help of lean manufacturing management and customized semi-automatic equipments, the production efficiency has been greatly improved, our goal is to become the largest water softener manufacturer in the world.
This is the only customized automatic equipment in the world, from raw plastic particles to pressure tank, all automatic, high quality and level production. One minute per tank will be produced. Canature pressure tanks have passed NSF and ACS certificate, production models cover from 05 to 63 inches.
2.Fiberglass Pressure Tank Workshop
Canature introduced the world's most advanced German automatic Robot Equipment, expanding the production capacity to 1,000,000pcs/year.
This is the only customized automatic equipment in the world, from raw plastic particles to pressure tank, all automatic, high quality and level production. One minute per tank will be produced. 3.Control Valves Workshop
As an “one-stop” manufacturer, RO system is one of our main products, in recent and the next few years, Canature will invest more to build our strength in RO system in developing and manufacturing. After combining with Zhejiang Runxin (Canature branch), Canature’s manufacturing in RO system would be stronger and stronger. Our production capacity is over 1 million pieces and 10 million pieces cartridges. We will keep high quality and reasonable prices to keep our good reputation in the market, and we desire the partners who are willing to cooperate and grow up together with us.
4.RO System Workshop

5.RO Membrane Workshop
For better quality control and becoming more competitive, Canature started to roll RO membranes around 3 years ago. And Canature customized 2 fully automatic RO membrane-rolling lines from Korea in 2016, which brings us with annual production capacity over one million pieces; Canature will increase our production capacity to 10 million pieces cartridges in coming years.
